By accessing ze999 and creating a player account, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the ze999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you complete the ze999 account registration process and remains in force until your account is permanently closed by either you or ze999 in accordance with the terms set out herein.

• You possess a valid and active Pakistani CNIC or other accepted government-issued identity document for KYC verification purposes.

ze999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ze999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your ze999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

• You must create a strong, unique password for your ze999 account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• ze999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ze999 support immediately at [email protected].

ze999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and direct bank transfer.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the ze999 cashier page at the time of deposit.
• ze999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your ze999 account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• ze999 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within standard banking timelines for the relevant payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• ze999 reserves the right to carry out additional fraud or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks before releasing withdrawal funds, which may extend processing times.

ze999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional promotion-specific conditions published alongside each offer:

All bets and wagers placed on ze999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. ze999 does not accept cancellations of placed bets except where expressly provided for in the relevant game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error during a game or sporting event, ze999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• ze999 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where a player has gained an unfair informational advantage.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market listing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ze999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ze999 employees, support staff, or other players.
• Attempting to access ze999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.

All content on the ze999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation of the website, is the property of ze999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ze999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from ze999 without prior written permission from ze999.
• The ze999 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of ze999. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being accessed from a prohibited jurisdiction.

• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ze999 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

Upon permanent account closure, ze999 will process any verified balance remaining in the account to the player's last-used verified payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks, and provided no grounds exist to withhold funds under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the ze999 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on ze999, including odds, statistics, and game results, prior to official confirmation.
• Any taxes, levies, or duties that may be applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine and fulfil any tax obligations arising from your ze999 activity.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement. Nothing in this clause shall limit ze999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ze999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ze999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.
